* PhD Students must provide proof confirming their status, which can be sent by replying to the registration confirmation email you will receive upon completion of the process.
Presenting authors must register by 30 June 2016, otherwise their paper will not be included in the final programme.

Admission to social events (including conference dinner)
The congress badge should be worn by all participants at all times during the congress within the venue as well as during social activities. Only participants wearing their congress badge will be admitted to the scientific sessions and to the social events.
Certificate of attendance
In order to reduce the amount of paper used at the EARIE 2016 conference, participants will receive a "Certificate of Attendance" in pdf format upon request only. Requests for these certificates must be made via email to email@example.com after the conference has finished and before 15 September 2016.
Payment through PayPal credit card is due at the time of registration
We accept the following credit cards: AMEX, Eurocard/Mastercard and VISA
Credit card payments are processed through PayPal but you do not need a PayPal account.
Please note that the invoice will be issued in accordance with information provided on your registration form. Special requests should be made upon registration
A fee of € 20 will be charged for the reissue of invoices
The registration process should take no longer than 10 minutes
The registration will only be completed if you receive an email confirmation

Cancellation and reimbursement policies
Registration can be cancelled upon written notification of the agency, by e-mail to email@example.com. You will receive a confirmation of acceptance of cancellation.
Cancellations before or on 15 July will be fully refunded, less a 50 Euros cancellation fee.
For cancellations after 15 July and before 1 August, 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded, less a 50 Euros cancellation fee.
Any cancellations after 1 August will be non-refundable
All refunds will be made after the end of the Congress.
